"Design Excellence Award" For the Cutler & Co., Inc. Corporate Headquarters
Medford Mail Tribune - Cutler & Co. building singled out for design
The corporate headquarters for Cutler & Co. Inc. on Airport Road was cited for design excellence by the Medford Architectural and Site Review Commission. The 12,702 square-foot office building was designed by Medford architect Bruce Richey. The building includes an 1,110 square-foot skylight over the concourse area, and indirect artificial lighting system and nursery and exercise rooms. Cutler & Co. is an institutional investment company with clients throughout the nation. Other contributors to the design and construction include Pat Cutler, interior design; Mike Starr, landscape design; Balzhiser and Hubbard, Marquess and Associates, Fred Phillips, engineering; and Paul Hartsook, general contractor. Richey received the commission's award in 1988 for the design of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilation Associates Clinic on the Rogue Valley Medical Center campus. He's now working on several projects for Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg. |
